Hand-farmed and meticulously selected from our finest Sagrantino grapes, this estate-bottled wine originates from a single, sustainably cultivated plot. Our commitment to the highest levels of environmental responsibility is evident in every aspect of this vineyard, where the vines are expertly trained to a Guyot and spurred cordon system.
Vinification commences with destemming and pressing, leading to fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperatures, not exceeding , with maceration. Upon completion, the wine is aged in barrique for 14 months. A refined touch of residual sugar, approximately , contributes to its balanced profile. An average of 3 months of bottle refinement ensures its readiness for enjoyment.
