Capturing the pristine energy of cool-climate white winemaking, this aromatic Bianco is a standout for lovers of crisp, mineral-forward northern Italian whites. Smooth yet remarkably lively on the palate, it reveals bright notes of white peach, citrus blossom, and a delicate touch of florals, all balanced by a light, savory core. Highly versatile, it makes an excellent aperitif and pairs beautifully alongside seafood risottos, light appetizers, and fresh summer plates.

Integrated Viticulture focusing on sustainable agriculture with minimal cellar intervention, completely adapted to the specific challenges of each vintage. Driven by an artisanal, hands-on ethos, all essential vineyard management—including meticulous winter pruning and the final selection at harvest—is performed entirely by hand to preserve the structural integrity of the fruit.

Hand-harvested grapes are immediately 100% destemmed upon arrival at the cellar. The fruit undergoes a gentle prefermentative cold maceration for 48–72 hours to maximize aromatic extraction, followed by a controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 22–24°C. After a precise 7-day contact period, the juice is racked. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation entirely in stainless steel, followed by aging on the fine lees in stainless steel for a minimum of 6 months to develop textural weight while locking in pristine freshness.

Veneto Italy

The 2024 growing season in Veneto opened with a cold, dry winter, followed by an unusually warm February that hinted at an early cycle. However, spring brought regular, heavy rainstorms that crucially replenished the deep water tables before a sudden drop in temperature delayed budbreak. A remarkably wet May required intensive management in the vineyards, but the tide turned with a warmer-than-average June. Despite facing several localized, tense hailstorms through July and August, the weather turned beautifully fine, stable, and radiant well into the autumn harvest period. This pristine finale allowed the white-vinified grapes to achieve optimal phenolic ripeness while retaining the brilliant, vibrant acidity crucial for the vintage.

The estate vineyards are located in the small commune of Bovolenta, inside the southern province of Padua (Veneto) along the alluvial banks of the Bacchiglione River.

Alluvial soils heavily characterized by a sandy matrix interspersed with distinct limestone concretions, situated along the ancient Bacchiglione river basin in the Veneto region. This unique geological blueprint provides excellent drainage and imparts a notable mineral tension, lending an elegant, savory core to a grape variety historically celebrated for its crisp, high-acid profile.
