From as early as the 1400s, Friularo, known as "vin da viajo" (travel wine), was prized for its excellent longevity due to its natural acidity and tannins, making it ideal for transport towards the Venetian lagoon.

Asjarigato produces a range of wines, including a Flower Power Frizzante Pet Nat made from Moscato Giallo and Friularo, known for its orange flower, fresh, and citrus notes. They also offer a Raboseo Frizzante Rosé Pet Nat, indicating a leaning towards natural wine production. Her DOCG flagship wine, Fruilaro Di Bagnoli ,however is a very unique and high quality version of Fruilaro that must be tasted.
