2018: Winter brought an important amount of rains that helped the plants to restore their hydraulic reserves. Then, an ideal Spring set up the stage for a promising harvest: plants, buds and the fruit matured at their own natural pace. Summer was dry and warm, which naturally kept away any disease / fungus. The rainy winter ended up being the key to produce such a fantastic vintage: the plants had enough water stored to go through the "overly dry" summer season. A fanstic wine that expresses the full potential of its terroir.
