Our winemaking begins with hand-harvested grapes. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, with manual pump-overs performed twice daily. The wine is then aged for nine months in cement tanks, allowing for gentle maturation

The 2021 Umbrian vintage was a rollercoaster, demanding constant vigilance from winemakers. While yields were generally lower due to spring frosts and summer drought, the timely arrival of cooler temperatures and rains in late August and September ensured that the grapes achieved excellent health and balanced ripeness, leading to wines of very good quality with strong aging potential.
