Our winemaking begins with hand-harvested grapes, ensuring optimal selection. Each variety is individually fermented in stainless steel before being carefully blended to achieve the desired flavor profile. The wine then undergoes 12 months of aging in neutral oak, allowing for harmonious integration and complexity.

Umbria
The 2023 vintage in Perugia, Umbria, was defined by a catastrophic spring mildew crisis triggered by relentless rains, which caused a devastating 31.5% drop in total regional production. The weather script flipped dramatically in mid-summer as a Saharan heatwave brought intense heat and water stress to the region's hillside vineyards. Fortunately, a spectacular autumn arrived with much-needed late-August rains and wide diurnal temperature shifts, allowing the remaining low-yielding fruit to reach perfect phenolic maturity. The resulting low-quantity wines show incredible concentration and structural balance, yielding vibrant whites with crisp acidity alongside deeply colored, long-aging reds featuring highly integrated tannins.
