From the highest vineyard in the area, and one of the oldest. A hill overlooking the oldest underground stone quarry system in the region. "Le Cave" is an intense and vibrant red wine; in the glass, it presents a deep ruby color. On the nose, fruity notes of plum and blackcurrant emerge, followed by mineral nuances and hints of iron. The taste is fresh, as typical of Barbera, with just a hint of tannins but still present.

Piedmont
A fair vintage for Piedmont, fluctuating, with historical records of both cold and heat in the months of May and June. Overall yield decreased, requiring greater care in winemaking practices to achieve excellent results. The Barbera wines, nonetheless, appear more enduring and profound, with greater freshness despite their pronounced alcohol content.
